Ta-da! And that was it. The four of us drove north to my parents' house in Two Rivers where we camped for the night before heading back west. Overall, my reaction to Miller Park was mixed. I'm biased: I loved County Stadium and was never a big fan of publically financing a new stadium. County Stadium was great because, in its own strange way, it did a wonderful job of mirroring the city it lived in. Miller Park tries to do that, but it usually comes off as forced. On the bright side, despite its fake exterior, Miller Park is actually similar to County in a number of ways. Inside it's straight-forward, utilitarian and industrial. Give it a few decades and a couple layers of dirt and I'm sure it'll be just like home. Only this time, it'll have a roof.
