While standing in line visitors were continuously assaulted by an employee hawking tickets to a virtual-reality skyline tour "including the no longer standing World Trade Center." While I didn't see anyone take him up on it the entire time we stood in line, his pitches did seem to induce a great number of sneers and shocked faces, leaving me to wonder why exactly they thought it was a good sales pitch in the first place.
